About Me
I'm Emma. I am a Reiki Master Teacher, Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Energy Worker and IEMT Practitioner. I support my clients using techniques and practices to build balance, inner strength and to reconnect them to their true nature.
When illness hits we can be set in a spiral. This was true in my case, but something deep inside of me knew I held the answers to my health and wellbeing, but I struggled to find them.
My own journey to health and wellness began 30 years ago with Autoimmune Disease. I discovered Reiki and this began the magic of looking within myself to rebalance my body, mind and Spirit.
Since that time, I have worked in healthcare at different levels and gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of Wholistic Wellness.
Kundalini Yoga and becoming a Reiki Master were huge turning points, after long periods of chronic stress, change and a diagnosis of Graves' Disease. Since that time my life shifted massively after moving from Lincolnshire to Glasgow.
My belief is we all have the capacity to become well and return to a state of wholeness, but we become stuck in cycles of stress, emotional discomfort and chronic health conditions because we become disconnected with the messages our body is trying to send us.
By learning to connect and to listen to our bodies we have the capacity to empower our health and nourish ourselves for growth and expansion.
I moved from a painfully shy girl to a braver, bolder and more able woman by working this way and this is how I support my clients.
Guiding people to the right tools to access their strength and inner guidance is my passion and my purpose.
Having felt in my own life the strength that these tools can bring and having watched powerful inner change in the people who choose to work with me is an honour.
My clients benefit from my extensive training, my own life experiences and deep inner knowledge that supports them to return to their own true nature.
