By booking onto a class or workshop or by purchasing any product from Jot Prem Yoga and Therapy you now are fully agreeing and adhering to the site’s terms and conditions.




· Workshops and Classes – minimum 48 hours' notice (Refund will be given)


· Class & workshop drop-ins – if you need to leave early NO refunds / NON transferable


· Private Classes/workshops – minimum of 48 hours’ notice (full refund will be given)


Also, certain special events may be subject to a different cancellation policy.




Please arrive at least 5 mins early (no refunds will be given to latecomers)


Please ensure your mobile phone is switched off or in silent mode


On entering the studio/room, shoes should be removed, and all belongings stored in a safe place without obstructing any walkways.




Jot Prem Yoga and Therapy takes no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen items




Classes and workshops are open to all ages 18 and over.

Any item purchased via Jot Prem Yoga and Therapy are non-refundable. In the case of a faulty item, a like for like replacement will be given.

Jot Prem Yoga and Therapy reserves the right to turn away a participant if it is considered that the health of the individual concerned may be at risk by the participation of the class or workshop.

If there is any doubt whether you should attend a class, you are advised to consult your GP. You MUST notify Jot prem Yoga and Therapy of any circumstances affecting your health which may be worsened by attending a class.

Please select the appropriate class for your level of experience. Take breaks and/or omit poses or sequences that are not suitable for you


You should practice in a well-lit area with enough free space around you.


You should wear comfortable clothing so that you can move freely.


You should avoid alcohol, drugs, or any similar substances before any workout, yoga practice, and meditation.


Avoid having heavy meals for two to four hours before practice. Stay hydrated before and after your yoga practice.


If you feel dizzy, light-headed, faint, or if you experience any other discomfort, stop exercising immediately and consult a medical doctor. You are responsible for your condition during your practice. Exercise within your limits. Never force, strain, or practice through pain. Seek medical attention and advice as appropriate.


We do not recommend that you attempt any yoga poses or exercises for the first time without suitable experience and/or supervision.​
